Shipping
At MumNums, we understand the importance of timely and reliable shipping for our valued customers. That’s why we have implemented a comprehensive shipping and handling policy to ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a prompt and efficient manner.
Shipping Cost
The shipping cost for your order will be determined by the carrier at checkout. This cost is calculated based on the weight of the package, the dimensions of the box, and the destination it is being shipped to. By utilizing this method, we can provide you with the most accurate and fair shipping rates available.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery for $7, or free if your purchase is $40 total value before tax & fees. This service is available to customers in 40km radius from West Lincoln, ON. You as a customer are responsible to ensure someone is home for the delivery. Delivery date and time will be set by MumNums, and communicated within 4 hours of delivery.
Handling Time
We strive to process and prepare all orders for shipment as quickly as possible. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure that your order is carefully packaged and ready to be sent out within 1-2 business days. This handling time allows us to maintain the quality of our products while ensuring that they are delivered to you in optimal condition.

We understand that receiving your order in a timely manner is crucial, and we are committed to making that happen. Whether you are ordering our top-selling products or any other delectable treats from our store, you can trust that we will take the necessary steps to ensure that your order is shipped and handled with the utmost care and efficiency.
Refunds & Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
It is the discretion of the MumNums employee to determine if an order will/can be refunded, exchanged, or revised.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@mumnums.ca.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@mumnums.ca and we will work together on the exchange.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please email customerservice@mumnums.ca for instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
